Yuva Gym Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Yuva Gym mobile application and related admin and staff systems available through gym.agribee.in. Yuva Gym is operated and technically supported by AgriBee Seeds Pvt Ltd for gym business operations, member management, attendance, workout planning, diet planning, subscription tracking, and communication.

2. What Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect and process your full name, phone number, date of birth, membership status, payment and due information, attendance records, assigned workouts, assigned diet plans, measurement records, notification preferences, and account status information.

The app may also access device or app metadata such as session information, push notification tokens, and limited diagnostic information required for secure access and app performance.

If you grant permission, the app may access location information for attendance workflows and health or step-count data for fitness tracking features.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data to create and manage member accounts, authenticate users, assign workout and diet plans, record attendance, send important reminders, track membership validity, manage payment follow-up, show measurement history, and improve app reliability and security.

Location and health-related access are used only for the features that depend on them. If you deny these permissions, some related features may not work correctly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with authorized Yuva Gym administrators, staff members, and service providers who support hosting, notifications, authentication, analytics, or technical operations on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to run the service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, lawful process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, staff, business operations, or systems.

5. Security Practices

We use authenticated access controls, role-based permissions, and restricted administrative access to help protect personal and sensitive user data.

Although no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed through the app.

6. Data Retention

We retain member and operational data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the app services, maintain gym records, resolve disputes, comply with legal or accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements.

In general, active member account information is retained while the membership or business relationship is active. Attendance, payment, workout, diet, notification, and measurement records may continue to be retained for up to 24 months after the account becomes inactive, or longer if required for legal, audit, fraud-prevention, tax, or operational recordkeeping purposes.

If the law requires a longer retention period, or if data is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, we may retain the relevant information for that additional period.

7. Data Deletion and User Requests

You may request deletion of your personal data or account-related records by emailing admin@gym.agribee.in or by contacting Yuva Gym administration through the app or at the gym front desk.

Please include your registered phone number, full name, and the nature of your request so that we can verify your identity and process it safely.

Once a valid deletion request is received and verified, we will review it and either delete or anonymize data that is no longer required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate operational purposes. We normally aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 to 15 business days.

8. Your Choices

You can choose whether to grant permissions such as location access and health-data access. You can also contact us to update or correct your account information where applicable.

Disabling certain permissions may limit attendance automation, health sync, or other connected features.
